Professor Ian Bailey AM SC has over 35 years’ experience as a construction lawyer, strategic dispute resolution adviser and practitioner in a range of dispute resolution processes. He formerly practised as an architect for 10 years.
He is recognised as a leader in the field of construction law, both in Australia and internationally.
His current focus is upon dispute resolution in the construction industry and the development and implementation of procedures for avoidance and management of conflict during the course of construction contracts.
Apart from practicing in a range of dispute resolution processes he is well equipped to provide strategic advice as to the economical and efficient methods by which parties to disputes may achieve resolution.
