As part of the process of developing new General Conditions of Contract for Standards Australia Ian has designed a Dispute Avoidance, Management and Resolution procedure based upon the successful Hong Kong Dispute Resolution Advisor (DRA) model. Whilst intended as an alternative to conventional determinative procedures under construction contracts it can be employed under any commercial contract.
• Dispute Resolution and Avoidance Boards
As a member of the DRBF Ian is available for party appointments to Dispute Resolution or Avoidance Boards or as Chair.
